micro sd card probleme

my micro sd memory card and usb flash keeps creating shortcuts of every file i put in it and this & this file keeps showing in it "aljazeera-sport+2.vbs" i tried formatting it but after that i find that file again please help

• Download (by El Desaparecido) in your desktop !
• Run UsbFix
• Choose the option Clean
  
  Note : If UsbFix block at 14%, run UsbFix in safe mode. (See>> Here<<)
